DUAL PT

  • Have the extra motivation and share PT experience with a partner or friend.

    - 4 week personal training package (2 people).

    - Dedicated Personal Trainer.

    - All equipment provided.

    - PT will travel to you.

    - 1 x 1 hour PT session per week.

    - Nutritional support.

    - Monthly progress review.

  • £280 for 4 weeks.

    Note - this works out at £28 per person per session if you complete the 4 week block and get Session 5 free.

SMALL GROUP PT

  • Train with a small group of friends and push each other.

    - 4 week personal training package (4 people).

    - Dedicated Personal Trainer.

    - All equipment provided.

    - PT will travel to you.

    - 1 x 1 hour PT session per week.

    - Nutritional support.

    - Monthly progress review.

  • £400 for 4 weeks.

    Note - this works out at £20 per person per session if you complete the 4 week block and get Session 5 free.

BOOT CAMP

  • If you have a wide circle of friends or are part of a community and interested in a larger group session, I can train up to 10 people Boot Camp-style.
