I can provide 1-1 personal training and mindset coaching for 14-19 year olds looking to advance their core strength, straight line speed and reactive times, as well as provide education & information to help them better manage their body’s energy system for improved health and performance.

Recovery & Rehabilitation

Recovery and rehabilitation are important factors in any credible fitness programme design, especially where the athlete is coming back from an injury.
I can work in tandem with your physician / physiotherapist in designing an R&R programme to recoup your range of movement, strength and overall conditioning. This can also be complemented with sports massage therapy (AIQ level 3, in progress)
